The Santoku
The Santoku is the Japanese brother of the Western Demi Chef. The meaning of "Santoku Bocho" means "three virtues" or "three uses" and of course refers to the three cutting commands in which the Santoku excels: slicing, dicing and chopping.
Due to the smaller dimensions, it is easier to use in private kitchens. If you are looking for a multifunctional workhorse, this is the one. No task is too difficult for this 'bad boy'.
With one tool you can now eminate, make juliennen and brunoise like never before. And when you're done, you can use the blade of the knife as a spatula to bring your freshly cut yummies to your cooking pot.
What is special?
The Santoku comes with free annual maintenance and LIFETIME warranty!
Handle
For this collection, the handles are really the signature. They are recognizable by their golden accent and the dark wood.
If you look closely, you will see that I made a light driftwood finish to ensure even more grip in your hand. Of course, the handle is already very ergonomic, and made for every hand.
The handle materials have been carefully selected to give you the best experience ever. The stabilized wood completes the picture! Not only will your wooden handle remain waterproof, there will also be no dirt in the wood.Blade
1.4109 stainless steel is used by the modern shaving industry, which for me as a knife maker is an obvious choice for making knives.
This steel shines when we talk about corrosion resistance. Similar to its brother EAB-L, it will take a cut like you've never experienced before on a stainless steel blade! As for the finish of the blade, I like to surprise my precious customers with original stuff, so I finish these knives with my Mystic Mist blade finish.
